Prior to founding TRG, Khalil served in senior municipal leadership where he oversaw legislative strategy, economic development initiatives, and community-facing portfolios across multiple policy domains. His tenure resulted in strengthened development oversight, expanded constituent engagement, and several high-impact policy advancements that continue to influence the municipal landscape.
Khalil’s foundation in community work was forged during his leadership roles at a noted community based non-profit where he built and institutionalized systems for partnership development, volunteer mobilization, community engagement, and program integration.
